BUSY BEES

In Busy Bees classroom we have six children, four boys and two girls ranging in age from two to five years old. We have a variety of syndromes in Busy Bees. We have two children with Down Syndrome, two children with Autism, one child with Cornelia De Lange and one child with Isodicentric 15. Our group are considered the toddlers in Holy Angels.

We have music circle every morning, we do a little table top work and our speech programmes each day. We play with water, bubbles and play dough, which each child loves but our favourite play is with shaving foam.

We enjoy Stretch 'N' Grow once a fortnight. We love going swimming in our Hydrotherapy Pool where we go every day. We also enjoy a social day down town, in the shops and have our lunch out. We go to the ball pool and have a little rough and tumble then to calm down after all the play we go to our multi-sensory room for some relaxation.
